Release of Information

Your enrollment information which includes personal and contact details will be provided to Commonwealth and State agencies and the Fund Manager of the ESOS Assurance Fund upon request for the purpose of compliance with the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000, the National Code, or promoting compliance with visa conditions and migration control. YWAM Byron Bay is also required under Australian law to advise the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs of changes to a student's enrollment details or the circumstance of suspected breach of visa conditions.
